Slowly I can see different changes happening. First the unsteadiness, then fluid is building up in his ankles. The fluid pills might need to be increased because I can see they are not working very well any more. As much as it pains him he started to ask for more help with things. And then there is the pain.... that seems to be getting worse as well. It is breaking through some mighty strong pain meds. and causeing a great deal of discomfort. I wish there was something I can do to help without him being embarrassed but we both know it isn't going to happen.
