Day 16: Time To Decorate He had no beauty or majesty to attract us to him, nothing in his appearance that we should desire him.  Isaiah 53:2 How easy it is to become enamored with beauty—especially at Christmas. We buy fragrant wreaths for our doors, bright balls for our trees, new clothes for parties and family dinners. But the true celebration of Advent depends not upon external trappings, but upon spiritual awareness of God’s gift to humankind. It’s fine to “Deck the halls” as long as you also “decorate” your heart with gratitude and love. Join us in prayer.
