Day 28: Why You Should Be Merry

But when the goodness and loving kindness of God our Savior appeared, he saved us, not because of deeds done by us in righteousness, but in virtue of his own mercy. Titus 3:4-5

Christmas is the culmination of the preparations—the buying, the baking, the wrapping, the planning. But it’s more…much more. It is the advent of our Savior, the arrival of the one who came to save us. God’s mercy became corporeal in the flesh of his Son. As you celebrate today with friends and loved ones, take a moment to ponder God’s mercy. It is the real reason Christmas can be merry!

Join us in prayer. Send us your request and our caring and trained volunteers will pray for you!
